To put it in a simple way, there are three answers:
1. Yes. As in yes, ask and you shall receive.
2. No. As in no, because there is something better for you.
3. Wait. As in wait, now's not the time yet.
You might think the first answer is always the best, but the phrase "good comes to those who wait" applies in life more often than you might think!
Example?
I've always wanted the Sony TX5 ever since I found out about it. Pink casing, waterproof, shake-proof, dust-proof, freeze-proof - I don't even need a freeze-proof camera - but it was so beautiful as a whole! So sleek and light, with HD recording - and the thought of taking underwater photos was just very tempting!
Yet, I never bought it due to the price.
Waited forever for the price to go down - and by the time it did reduce slightly, the TX10 was out!

Of course, just because it's TX10, does not automatically make it better than TX5.
But I stumbled upon an offer that made the TX5 not seem like an option anymore. The shop was offering both cameras cheaper than market price (I'm talking cheaper than I could ever wait for the TX5's price to drop kind of cheap), and only with RM100 difference. Technicalities aside, I'm just glad to have a digicam that can go underwater - even if the touch screen doesn't function in water. It's not like I'm going diving anyway.

All the colors available were very nice - I almost got the blue one instead!

Changeable interface color! Fashion value +1.

This was a TX10 purchase post.
Photos and reviews will come after I abuse it in Singapore :D
No, the point of the post is that waiting isn't always a bad thing.
Really.
